Under direct supervision of the Director, the staff education manager‘s primary responsibility is to assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate an educational and SHARE programs in keeping with the educational needs of the employees of the Hospital.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is Required.
- Teaching qualification: Masters Degree is preferred.
- Current RN license and CPR instructor certification are required.
- Two years of teaching experience and two years of acute clinical experiences are required.
- Good organization and management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills are essential

- Serves as an educational resource for clinic employees
- Encourages staff in a participative approach to the education program.
- Plans and conducts education programs for clinic employees
- Embraces the clinic’s mission through example.
- Receptive to new ideas from the administration and staff. Arrange education opportunity as needed.

- Coordinates with departments in resolving education needs.

- Prepares annual operation plans and capital budgets.

- Monitors education program.
- Coordinate mandatory classes for clinic employees on an as needed basis.
- Attends meetings as assigned.
- Support a healthy and safe working environment.
- Able to identify, evaluate and control hazards in their area of responsibilities.
- Gives Induction and training of clinic employees.
- Assist in rehabilitation of ill or injured employees by providing education on an as- needed basis.
- Provide training to the new employees as scheduled and refreshment courses for existing employees on a monthly basis.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
