Dr. Albert Chan, M.D.FACC
Cardiologist
Dr. Albert Chan graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1984. He is American Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Before he moved to Singapore in 1997, he was the visiting assistant professor in Medicine at Columbia University, New York. Dr. Chan has more than 20 years of clinical medicine experience. He is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
 
Dr. Isamu Sugawara, MD
Internist
Dr. Sugawara graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree from Hokkaido University (1970-1976) and Doctor of Medicine degree from Tokyo University (1976-1980). He has experience in the field of internal medicine-diabetic, hypertension and hyperlipoidemia. He specializes in the field of Respiratory Disease such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), tuberculosis (TB) and Lung Cancer.
Dr. Sugawara speaks fluent English and Japanese.
 
Dr. Barre Sy, M.D., CCFP
General Practitioner
Dr. Sy has been practicing for more than 17 years as a medical doctor, with extensive international experiences. He obtained his undergraduate degrees from the University of Regina in Canada, and later, his MD degree from University of the East in the Philippines. Since graduating, he has practiced in South Africa, Taiwan, and Canada, from which he gained valuable experiences and expanded his vision. He has been working as a Family Physician in Canada in the past 12 years, both in rural and urban settings, and has been board certified as a specialist in Family Medicine in Canada since 1999. He is looking forward to work with his clients of all age groups, on a first name basis, in Shanghai. Dr. Sy is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fujianese.

Dr. Ling Wu,MDS
Dentist
A graduate of Wuhan University with BDS in 2003 and MDS in 2006, Dr. Wu had completed her internship and residency at the School and Hospital of Stomatology Wuhan University. Before joining Global HealthCare, Dr. Wu worked as a full-time general practitioner in the Dental Hospital of Xujiahui District, Shanghai. Her specialty is Endodontics .Dr. Wu is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Dr. Lulu Xiang
Obstetrician & Gynecologist
Dr. Xiang received her medical degree from Nantong Medical University and has been working as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist for around 10 years. Dr. Xiang completed her professional training in infertility & endocrinology at DHC (Downtown Fertility Center) and CHR (Center for Human Reproduction) in New York, USA and KLC(Kato Ladies’ Clinic) in Tokyo, Japan.
She also has taken special training in Psychology as it impacts women’s health care. Before coming to Global healthcare, Dr. Xiang worked in American-Sino Ob/Gyn service at Hua Shan Hospital caring for both foreign and Chinese patients. Dr. Xiang speaks Mandarin, English, and Shanghainese.
