1.  Q: Does your clinic provide physical exam service?
        A: Yes, our clinic has various category of physical exam which you may select based on your own needs.  

2.  Q: Does your clinic offer vaccination service? 
        A: Yes, we provide vaccination for both adults and kids. 

3.  Q: Does your clinic have dental service?
        A: Yes, we have dental service 7 days a week.  Besides GHC dental specialists, we have visiting dental consultant from Hong Kong regularly. Services include oral check, teeth cleaning, dental whitening, dental treatment, dental implant, orthodontics, etc…

4.    Q:What kind of the service does your clinic provide?
          A: GHC mainly provide Internal medicine, General consultation, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Urology, Gynecology, Dermatology, ENT and Orthopedics, Acupuncture, Dental etc …to our patients.  

5.    Q: What kind of physical check up packages do you have?
          A: We have nine physical check up packages. We often customized the physical check up package based on the requirement and the individual needs of the client. 

6.    Q: What kind of vaccines do you have?
          A: Most of the common used vaccines are available in our pharmacy. All vaccines are imported from abroad.

 
7.  Q: What shall I do if I need to get a vaccination?
         A: An initial consultation with our doctor is requested.
  
8.  Q: Does your clinic have inpatient service?
        A: Our inpatient service is located at VIP floor of Renji hospital. RenJi hospital is one of the top level hospitals in Shanghai as well as in China. It  is one of GHC's co-founders.  

9.  Q: What special services does your clinic provide compare to other facilities?
        A: GHC is strong in cardiac; we have three US Board Certified cardiologists. We have direct bill services with most of the international insurance providers.   

10.  Q: What shall I do if I want to get a full physical done in your clinic and what’s the process?
         A: Please be fast for the check up, no food after the midnight of the previous day & no breakfast as well. Please wear loose pants & sports shoes if treadmill is needed. 

11. Q: Do you have specialist physician? Is the schedule fixed?

 A: Yes, we have cardiology, dermatology, ENT, urology, orthopaedics, endocrinology, rheumatology, neurology, Gastroenterology. Schedule is fixed while flexible upon patient’s needs.

12. Q: Do you have Chinese Physical Therapy?

A: Yes, our TCM physicians are experts in different kinds of Chinese Physical Therapy.
